Our first Masterclass Visiting Artist Zoom meeting is on Wednesday evening, February 8th, at 7:30pm. In order for it to be successful please follow these instructions:

1. Assignment #1: Please have interns choose one (1) drawing they are excited about. 
• It can be a page with multiple drawings or characters on it or a single character
• Have interns upload drawing in class onto Google Classroom. Alternatively, TAs can photograph the drawing and upload to google drive or email to me directly by 5pm Wednesday. 
• Several drawings will be used for critique by our Visiting Artist. 
• We are not expecting finished work here, sketches are expected. This is a first pass at critiquing work in a group setting. 
2. Assignment #2: Interns propose three (3) questions to ask the Visiting Artist
• Have interns generate three questions they would like to ask about developing a character; gesture/body language/proportions/shape OR anything relevant about character design in general. 
• Have interns share with each other / your class 
• Choose the top five (5) questions from the class and submit these via email to me by 5pm on Wednesday!
3. Please remind interns at the beginning of class and at the end of class about the Zoom meeting. 
• remind them that zoom meetings are required
• inform that the meeting will be recorded
• inform them that their camera needs to be on
• post Zoom link below on Google Classroom. If you are having trouble with this please ask a student or coordinator for help.
