Using mundane objects in unusual ways:
Inspo Questions:
What do you notice about the style and subject matter?
What are the similarities in these images? The differences?
How are backgrounds being treated?
How is color being used?
Making Questions:
What style and subject matter are you exploring?
How are you utilizing things that inspire or interest you?
How are you treating the background?
How are you planning to use color?
Process:
Look at inspiration, discuss as a group (5 minutes)
2 or 3 @2 minute brain wake-up exercises (5 - 7 minutes)
Use paper to sketch out ideas and single out what your sticker design will be (10 minutes)
Once you have a plan, receive your sticker/label - Sketch first, then color (15 - 20 minutes)
Clean up (5 minutes)
